The mobile phase used in this work consisting 0.1 % Orthophosphoricacid: Acetonitrile at the specified ratio of 30:70 accompanied by a defined flowrate of 1mL/min with an injectionvolume of 10μL. The spectrum detected for the diluted simple solution at wavelength of 280nm using UV visible spectroscopy for good resolution. Results: This method resulted in two distinct peaks of dexamethasone and curcumin with a retention time of 3.16 and 4.16minutes respectively and all studied parameters which ensure the suitability of the developed method were analyzed and fall within the aceptable criteria. The sensitivity was detected at 0.232μg/ml & 0.704μg/ ml, respectively, for dexamethasone while, for curcumin it was found to be 0.065μg/ml and 0.198μg/ml, respectively. Conclusion: The validation methodology was developed by ICH guidelines for its linearity, accuracy, precision, robustness, LOD, & LOQ. From the results, it can be concluded that the developed method was found to be satisfactory in terms of reproducibility and accuracy. The chromatogram shows two distinct peaks for both drugs and further, it could be effectively utilized in the quantitative and qualitative estimation of both drugs for any pharmaceutical research.
