Calculation of IC&lt;sub&gt;50&lt;/sub&gt; of &lt;em&gt;Halodule uninervis&lt;/em&gt; seagrass with ethanol extract was 74.99 ppm and ethyl acetate was 1,517,05 ppm. Glukobay as control was 0.27 ppm.&lt;/p&gt;
