| Abstract | Plants act as a source of food and medicine from long times. A wide range of plant oils are used in cosmetics and toiletry preparations. Hair is an important part of body, reflect personality of person. There are many cosmetics available for hair care. From long time plant materials are used for hair care. In this review, Indian medicinal plants having hare care properties are summarized in terms of their biological source, active constituents and biological activity. |
